Kristina's Awesome Experience with Hoofbeats To Healing
Dear sirs;
My daughter, Kristina, has been riding with Hoofbeats to Healing for over eight years now. Her experiences with Tami and the horses have helped her immensely; not only with her co-ordination, but also with her self-esteem and self-confidence. Krissy is so proud of what she has accomplished with Tami, and is always excited to be with her and the horses. I am amazed at what Krissy can do -- riding on her own, cantering, trail riding and even barrel racing. When we watch her at the Special Olympics or other horse show events, it is a thrill to see her improvement. She finds great joy in what she is doing.
I have immense respect for Tami and what she has accomplished. Her program is not only about equine therapy, it is also about her unconditional love for those special children and adults she works with. Having watched the effects of her program on others, as well as my own daughter, I can only say that I wish Tami's work could be extended to every special needs person. She is a marvel, and so is her therapy with her wonderful horses.
